Never give up on those you love, no matter how far they fall. Never walk away from those that love you, even as they lay in darkness. Distance is sometimes necessary to mitigate damage, but love them from afar, and remain hopeful that they can endure their struggles. Accept, forgive, never forget. Do not remember for the purpose of dwelling on the negative, remember because what makes them special is the person they had to become, the character they had to build in order to endure their struggle; This is what makes them beautiful human beings.
